Our subscription service provides monthly financial planning consultations, quarterly reviews, and ongoing strategic guidance. Services are delivered through scheduled consultations, written materials, and digital communications.

Our service focuses on financial planning discussions and strategic guidance. We do not provide specific product recommendations or direct asset management services.

As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Monthly subscription fee of $250 AUD plus applicable GST, charged on the same date each month
• Payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment issues are resolved

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds are not provided for partial months or services already delivered. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless poluariyps from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to services ceases immediately, and no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect 30 days after posting.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
